Deadline for submission of a 1-page max abstract. Notification of abstract acceptance for oral presentation or poster will be made a few days after reception.

 

June 26th, 2026

Deadline for final registration and payment. Details for payment and registration will be sent soon

 

Abstract submission

Authors are invited to submit 1-page abstract as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document to camille.pennec@cnrs-imn.fr

Registration Fees (fees excluding taxes)

Full fees waiver for invited Japanese speakers

PhD Students and post-docs: 250 euros

Academic researchers: 500 euros

Companies: 750 euros
